Richard Brash

Managing Director

Richard is Brash Solutions’ founder and Director, but really his active day role is as a project manager, somehow managing multiple client projects with such excellence they wish he could do more for them. His passion for business is equalled only by his passion for his family, adventure racing and the local scouting group. Preferring his mountain bikes to cars, you can find him carving down the Chiltern Hills on his way into work most mornings.

Matt has studied IT, worked in IT and researched IT for 20 years, yet has no idea why computers problems always seem to occur when you have a pressing deadline. Passionate about helping, explaining and teaching people in a non-technical way. Always taking time to explain things and understanding the end-user and clients' businesses are critical to providing IT support that is useful, relatable and fun.

Chris can talk to you about anything, and your challenge will be to find something he can’t talk to you about. Each day we spend time persuading Chris to down his tools and take a well deserved break from the support desk, as he is usually too keen to go above and beyond the call for any of our clients.

Josh Littlestone

IT Support Technician
Our super helpful IT Support Technician, Josh joined Brash in 2019, having previously been working at an authorised Apple repair centre. He has extensive knowledge of Apple and Microsoft 365 products and although he would prefer to be playing rugby, he brings a wealth of customer service skills to help our clients feel at ease when calling us.

Pawan Dudhabade

Support Desk
Pawan is our server and Microsoft specialist who works behind the scenes to help keep our clients IT systems running 24/7. Based in India, Pawan is available to carry out support work outside of UK business hours to help us minimise disruption to small business when every minute can make a difference.

Penny Brash

CMO
Experienced marketeer, digital expert and social media marketing guru, Penny works part time overseeing the Brash marketing machine and running social media campaigns for several of our clients. If you need a high-level social media marketing campaign there is nothing that Penny doesn’t know about all things social.
